Arrival:
The rooms are ready for you from 2 pm on the day of arrival.
Departure:
Please vacate your room by 11 am on your day of departure.
Payment:
On departure you can pay your bill in cash, with EC-card, Visa-, Master- or Eurocard. We would like to point out that it is no longer possible to accept cash payments of amounts over EUR 4,999.00 in Italy. You are welcome to pay your hotel bill up to EUR 4,999.00 in cash and settle the rest by EC card or credit card.
Single rooms:
We charge an additional surcharge of EUR 20.00 per night for single rooms.
Pets allowed:
You are welcome to bring your dog with you. Please note that animals are not allowed in the restaurant or the pool and wellness areas. We charge an additional EUR 20,00 to 35.00 per day for your dog (without food).
Tourist tax:
The tourist tax is EUR 3.40 per person from 14 years and day.
Short stay and long stay:
The prices are valid according to the tables: From 1 to 4 days and from 5 days.
Prices:
Our prices are per person and day/week or package including breakfast or luxury half board.
Travel cancellation insurance:
For your protection and ours, we recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance. We would be happy to book this for you. You can also buy them online>> HOGAST travel cancellation insurance. Feel free to contact us should you have any questions.
Regular Guest Bonus:
From the third stay onwards, we grant our regular guests a discount of 5% on the price of the B&B for a stay of at least 5 days.
Not available for discounted packages.
Cancellation policy:
We understand that sometimes you may not be able to take your holiday. Please let us know in good time. Cancellations made up to 31 days of arrival will not incur any additional charges. For cancellations between 30 and 15 days before arrival, the deposit will not be refunded. For cancellations up to 14 days prior to arrival, 50% of the booked stay will be charged. For cancellations between 7 days and 1 day prior to arrival, 90% will be charged. In case of early departure or no-show, the entire stay will be charged. Cancellations will only be accepted in writing!
IMPORTANT NOTICE: These cancellation conditions are independent of whether the cancelled rooms are rented out again wholly or partially.
