Facilitated conditions in the event of cancellation
At this moment of uncertainty, we have also changed our cancellation policy:
Up to 14 days before arrival there are no costs. During this time you can change the dates of your stay free of charge.
For cancellations between 13 and the arrival day, the deposit will be retained or you can use the deposit for a future stay.
These conditions apply if you cannot use your stay due to the Covid 19 emergency (travel ban).
Our hygiene measures
Air exchange, professional disinfection and thorough cleaning several times a day with disinfectant in accordance with regional and national hygiene and hygiene standards as well as the installation of various disinfection corners in the hotel guarantee you a safe and protected environment. All of our employees have received training and a log to ensure safety.

Use of gloves and mask by the cleaning staff.
Use of the visor by the reception and restaurant staff.
Rooms are disinfected with certified cleaning agents and the ozone disinfectant before each arrival.
Disinfection of elevator buttons, door handles, toilets and public areas several times a day.
Professional cleaning of hotel linen with washing at 90° C.
Disinfection dispensers are available at the entrance and on every floor.
We have a small bottle of disinfectant solution ready for you that you can always have with you.
Electronic keys are disinfected every time you leave.
We guarantee compliance with the distance rules in the structure. If this is not possible, we ask our guests to cooperate and ask you to wear the mask correctly to ensure maximum safety for everyone.
On your arrival you will receive a folder with all information, which of course will be disinfected after every departure.
Despite all security measures, we would like to give you the opportunity to enjoy all of our delicious dishes in peace.
All tables are arranged according to regional and national regulations.
Here too, like at the reception, we opted for visors that offer security, but also give you the opportunity to see the smile of our employees who take care of you.
The buffets are prepared with the necessary precautionary measures and we also ask you for your cooperation in compliance with the distance rules and the use of the mask. You can do without them at the table and at the bar.
The dishes served are prepared in strict compliance with hygiene regulations.
We mainly use local products and vegetables from our zero kilometer vegetable garden.
Our kitchen staff wears gloves and a mask while preparing the meal.
Wellness, fitness and relaxation
Our "Mühlbadl" wellness area is reopened subject to certain rules.
In the water, the one-meter distance applies.
You can use all of our saunas over 60 degrees individually or together with people in the same household / hotel room.
Here too, there will be disinfectants and cleaning will be carried out in accordance with the law with certified products.
Our fitness room is open.
The beauty farm is open.
Enjoy a massage or facial with our experienced staff.
According to the law, you have the FFP2 mask, visor and gloves.
You will also wear gloves and your temperature will be measured before treatment.
Leisure and excursions
All of our excursions according to the active program are carried out regularly. There is nothing better than walking in the fresh air and walking in the forest.
The alpine huts, mountain huts and the lifts operate regularly.
Our mountain bikes are always available free of charge and are disinfected after each use.

We are ready to offer you a responsible and protected vacation without sacrificing fun and relaxation. We are used to greeting you with a handshake and a warm hug. Unfortunately, none of this will be possible in the near future. But we have equipped ourselves with visors so that we can at least welcome you with a big smile, so that you immediately feel at home.
