Single Rooms:
For double rooms used as single rooms we take a Surcharge of 20,00 Euro per night.
Short stay:
All prices indicated are valid for a short stay , a stay of 4-6 days and up 7 days.
For a long stay of 14 days you became a discount of 50,00 Euro per person on the second week
Reductions for children in the parents room, for short stays:
0 - 6 years 15,00 Euro per night
7 - 12 years 50 % reduction
up 12 years 20 % reduction

Arrival:
The rooms are available from 2 p.m. on the day of your arrival
Departure:
On the day of your departure, we please you to leave the room until 10 a.m. Should that not be possible, please inform us.
Pets welcome:
Off course you can bring your dog with you, but it’s not allowed to bring it to the indoor swimming pool, or the dining room. Thanks for your comprehension.
For the dog we take a fee of 15 € per day (without food).
Payment Informations:
You can pay the bill cash, with EC-, Visa-, Master- or Euro-card , on the day of your departure.
We inform you that, like a new italian law, we cannot accept payments in cash over Euro 999,99.
Regular guests discounts:
Our regular guests up the third stay became a special discount of 5%, for minimal stays of 5 days.
Cancellation Conditions:
Cancellations are annoying for both sides. We have comprehension if you can’t beginn your booked journey. We please you to inform us in due time.
between 30 and 14 days bevore arrival we charge the room for 3 days. 14 days before your arrival we have to charge 50% of the whole arrangement. If you don´t start your journey or in case of an earlier departure we have to charge the full price of your stay. To your and our insurance we recommend to take out a travel-withdrawal-insurance. .
Important: The withdrawal conditions are independent from the fact, if the booked rooms could have been rent further or not

To your and our insurance we recommend to take out a travel-withdrawal-insurance. With pleasure we could organise that for you.
